Aggregated from live app queries through our own driver-side accounts in each city. Updated continuously — not month-old averages.
Will the driver get mad?
Not usually. The phrase pack is polite and references Grab specifically. Drivers respect knowing the app rate. The escalation only happens with the few who were trying to scam — those tend to just shrug and accept the fair fare.
